Tyler is a fourth generation real estate entrepreneur; and, prior to founding Prime Realty, was a top producer working for a global commercial real estate firm. His responsibilities include project coordination between tenants, building owners, municipal officials, financial institutions, attorneys, accountants, and engineers. Established and awarded as a top professional in his field, Tyler is able to deliver out-of-the-box solutions to increase returns, complete deals, and deliver RESULTS!
MATTHEW CLARK

Matt is the power behind the Prime Realty retail sales engine – from tenant representation to representing large retail centers. Prior to joining the team, he was Program Manager of Marketing Experiments – the first internet based research lab that conducted experiments in optimizing marketing and sales processes with companies like Royal Bank of Canada, Reuters, New York Times, and Schlumberger. Before Marketing Experiments Matt was a Marketing Assistant for the Vestcor Companies where he helped develop and implement marketing strategies for many of the properties. He earned his B.A. in Electronic Media from the University of North Florida.
Matt has successfully represented clients; such as, Kara Bazma and Airsoft Barracks.
NEIL HEMENWAY

Neil Hemenway joined Prime Realty in May 2010 as a Sales Associate specializing in multi-family property in the Jacksonville area. As a second generation real estate entrepreneur, real estate has always been a passion for Neil. Prior to joining Prime Realty, Neil worked for a company that focused on condo conversions on the Space Coast and was involved in the management of multiple apartment buildings. Neil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of North Florida and enjoys playing basketball and surfing in his free time.
Neil has had success in multi-family transactions; such as, Cobblestone at Eagle Harbor $10.3 million.
RYAN OSBECK
Industrial and Office Group Associate

Ryan is assisting clients with our leasing and sales transactions. He has fifteen years’ experience in multiple fields of real estate, banking and specialty finance, throughout demonstrating the ability to structure agreements and negotiate mutually beneficial terms for his customers. Ryan’s history includes tenure at both SunTrust Bank and The CIT Group. He is a native to the Jacksonville area and earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of North Florida.
ANGELA JOHNSON

Angela is assisting in property management for Prime Realty. She is also responsible for coordinating marketing efforts and office administration. Angela comes to Prime Realty with experience in leading marketing campaigns, office administration, and customer quality control from her time at MJ Enterprises of Northeast Florida. Angela has earned her bachelor’s in marketing from the University of North Florida.
